What is a Essential Oil?
Personally I think they are one of the best and most resourceful things that Mother Earth have given us. I use doTERRA (meaning 'gift of the Earth') essential oils for their quality standards. Each batch under goes third party testing, the plants are grown in their natural habitats and are ethically sourced and produced. My introduction to Essential oils is kind of where I started my journey of awakening. They made me question the narrative, question what is good for my body and the environment and encouraged me to connect in with nature and look at the world around me.
Essential oils are natures defence mechanism they are pure extracts from plants and have been used anciently throughout history. Essential oils are highly concentrated so one drop can go a long way and it is recommended you follow the safety guidelines when using them.
